At Transfer Warehouse, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully, as certain items are subject to specific restrictions.

1. General Return Policy

  • Return Period: Most items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in new, unused, and original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. All refunds are subject to the customer paying for return shipping costs.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

2. No Returns on Ammunition or Firearms

  • Ammunition: All sales of ammunition are final. Due to safety and legal reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition under any circumstances.
  • Firearms: Firearms that have been transferred out of our possession or shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder for transfer to you cannot be returned. Once a firearm has been transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Please inspect your firearm thoroughly before completing the transfer.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately to report the damage. We may request photos of the damage to assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

4. Exceptions to the Return Policy

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Clearance Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
